resep omurice

 

• Nasi goreng

  • 4 ons ayam, potong dadu
  • 1/2 bawang bombay kecil
  • 1 sendok makan (15 ml) minyak zaitun
  • 1/4 cangkir (60 ml) kacang hijau beku
  • 1/4 cangkir (60 ml) wortel potong dadu
  • 1/8 sdt (0,6 ml) garam
  • 1/8 sdt (0,6 ml) lada hitam bubuk
  • 2 cangkir (500 ml) nasi putih berbiji pendek yang dimasak
  • 1 sendok makan (15 ml) saus tomat
  • 1 sdt (5 ml) kecap

  • Omurice

    • 3 butir telur besar
    • 1 sendok makan (15 ml) susu
    • 1 sendok makan (15 ml) minyak zaitun
    • saus tomat tambahan
